Shipping

 

All non-custom orders will be shipped within a maximum of 5 business days, excluding holidays. Any shipping overages greater than $2 will be refunded to the customer. Shipping will be arranged with the buyer for custom orders. Orders will be shipped insured. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal system. We do not assume responsibility for items lost or stolen once they have been shipped by the post office. If you have questions or need assistance with filing a report with the post office, please contact Jessica at jessica@maybesparrow.com

In the event that an item is returned to us as undeliverable (that is due to events not of the fault of our store), we will make every attempt to get in contact with you. You will then be offered the option to pay for re-shipping to a corrected address or receive a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If we do not receive a response back within 14 days, we will consider it as a forfeiture of the item(s). We will automatically refund your money minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Custom Orders

Custom orders will be requested by emailing us at jessica@maybesparrow.com. The store will contact you regarding the details of the custom order, including product type, materials, colors, and price. The production time for custom orders will be determined based on store availability and product type. When an agreement on the custom item is made by both parties, an emailed invoice will be sent to the customer. Once the payment is received, the production of the order will begin. Depending on the details of the item, custom materials and hardware may need to be ordered, which can delay the time it takes to produce and ship the item. For more information, email Jessica at jessica@maybesparrow.com. Orders not paid for within 7 business days of receipt of the invoice will be considered cancelled. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

At Maybe Sparrow, we want you to love your purchase!  Don’t love it? Wasn’t what you expected? Let us know and we will do our best to make it right! Change your mind after ordering? Cancellations can be processed if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

 

For returns and exchanges to be processed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Items returned must be unused, with all original packaging and tags. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Due to the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

            Custom Items

            Personalized Items

            Sale Items

            Clearance Items

 

Warranty

We stand by our products! All items have a one year warranty on any manufacturing defects, with intended use and proper care. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. Please note, normal wear and tear, or damage from daily use is not warranted. For example, fabrics, leather and cork may fade, change in texture or appearance, or deteriorate over time. These are normal conditions and will not be considered a manufacturer defect.
