Custom Item Request

This listing is a request for a custom item. Custom orders will be requested by emailing us at jessica@maybesparrow.com. The store will contact you regarding the details of the custom order, including product type, materials, colors, and price. The production time for custom orders will be determined based on store availability and product type. When an agreement on the custom item is made by both parties, an emailed invoice will be sent to the customer. Once the payment is received, the production of the order will begin. Depending on the details of the item, custom materials and hardware may need to be ordered, which can delay the time it takes to produce and ship the item.
